Are your project managers PMP-certified?
Yes. Every senior project manager at Berlin IT is either PMP-certified or working towards certification, and we assign the level of seniority your programme actually requires.
Do you work agile or waterfall?
Both — and typically hybrid. We calibrate the delivery model to your governance, vendor mix and risk profile rather than forcing a methodology.
Can you take over a project mid-flight?
Yes. Rescue and turnaround assignments are a common engagement. We start with a short assessment, stabilise governance, and produce a recovery plan within the first two weeks.
Do you work on-site in Helsingborg and remotely across Sweden?
Both. Our head office is in Helsingborg but we deliver assignments across Sweden, on-site, hybrid or fully remote.
